I don't know what booking a trip to Florida has to do with it? Maybe a break from seeing a wreck of a house is his idea for you. What a nice man to think you need a break from it. 12 and 13 year old boys aren't particularly giddy about doing chores, and are experiencing the influx of male hormones at a level that can be triple of a grown man (this is true according to AMA)Your 19 year old daughter is enjoying the last of what is her childhood, like reading a bedtime story to a 10 year old, it's a treat that may not happen again. Your 17 year old is just worn out, you should be able to sympathize; you sound a little in need of a break too.
That being said, you can call a family meeting- seeing as you are CEO of this outfit! Lay some rules, and tell them how upset this is making you...it's enough to make you snap and book a flight to Florida all by yourself!

Throughout your life they will always be a pain in the @ss but the 2 will be little for only so long so go for it and enjoy yourself. Let someone else cook, make the beds. Go out and have a good time and try and be a kid yourself. Two of them are old enough to help out and sometimes a change of environment makes a great difference. After they get to college you may never have another chance to vacation as a family again.

Wow vacation away from home! Sounds wonderful indeed. When you book the trip make sure that you are near the beaches! Your kids sound just like all the other teens, don't worry your doing well. Just remember that a vacation helps family either get closer to one another. No computers, don't have to worry about the rooms not getting done etc....well you have a wonderful family vacation, don't wait to make the date do it a.s.a.p. Relax and have fun. Good Day.

It's simple.
Family Meeting.
You get together to work things out, then advise them that if there is no input fromt he kids and no support from the husband, you'll go to Florida ALONE.

I would not reward them for not behaving properly. Book a vacation for you and hubby and send the kids off to the grandparents for a week!
