Good question, because often people with a gender dysphoria think they are gay, or if a person had an incident when they was only a child and did not about homosexual, and done something then formed an attraction on the same gender or a part of the same genders body, organs often they struggle with thinking they are gay even if they have not formed any set sexual attraction on either gender, or feel they are heterosexual and think they may be gay. Could bee dealing with memory loss and a choice made innocently.
That happened to my brother. He was molested at 4, he did not know it was wrong and the 12 year old was making him touch his organ and he would get excited, but then the molestation was stopped and as he grew up he forgot this happened and formed sexual attractions om females but would get excited when he saw a mans organ. We reminded him he was molested at 4, and he realized then he was not gay, but feared he was gay and did not understand it or why. Hope this helps you, but check out my website below as well.
