I use to hang around the Stanford Sports complex when Tiger was there and I heard from several different people. That pound for pound he was the best athlete they had.

it somewhat is quite obtrusive that Tiger is the suitable golfer, yet definately no longer the suitable athlete. look on the golfers and evaluate them to gamers in different activities. In golfing, they arrive in all forms of age, shape, and form. In different activities, they rather lots might desire to be youthful, and in very good shape and potential to compete with others at a expert point. Tiger in basic terms has to swing a golfing club, and would not might desire to do any working,,leaping,or come into actual touch along with his opposition. evaluate that to what adult males like Michael Jordan,Wayne Gretzky,Jerry Rice, and others have had to do of their sport. So,confident,Tiger is consistent with danger the suitable golfer, yet definately no longer the suitable athlete.

I feel that Tiger isn't the best golfer ever. Although, I think he is the best now. Bobby Jones is the only golfer to win the grand slam of golf. I think that golf for tiger has become more of a job, than a passion. When Tiger plays golf, it doesn't look like he's having fun. I see guys like Phil out there, having a good time, it makes me look up to them more. Majors for tiger have become so routine, that I am quite sick of seeing him play. It's not interesting, or to say the least, enjoyable.

It is quite obvious that Tiger is the best golfer, but definately not the best athlete. Look at the golfers and compare them to players in other sports. In golf, they come in all kinds of age, shape, and form. In other sports, they pretty well have to be young, and in very good shape and strength to compete with others at a professional level. Tiger just has to swing a golf club, and doesn't have to do any running,,jumping,or come into physical contact with his competitors. Compare that to what guys like Michael Jordan,Wayne Gretzky,Jerry Rice, and others have had to do in their sport. So,yes,Tiger is probably the best golfer, but definately not the best athlete.

hard to say yet, im starting to think so.. reminds me a lot of jordan.. thats why he doesnt look like hes having fun, because hes not. he wants to not only win but beat everyone so bad that hes just totally consumed with it and doesnt have time to do anything else but focus. if thats not the definition of an athelete mindset i dont know what is. jordan had it too and both of them are also tremendously gifted. its why jordan is jordan and you see tiger at the top of the leaderboard every weekend, nothing else matters to them. awesome man, i love it
