At what age do you start to remember things for the rest of your life?

I think as early as 4 yrs old if not sooner. Sometimes my son tells me things that he remembers & those are things that took place quite early in his life.

Like 3 my daughter remembers things from when she was like 1.

It varies. My wife remembers things when she was two. I remember at about four
