Restriction on your check-in luggages and carry-ons is more of the airline company you are travelling with than the TSA. As far as I know, there is not many restriction on entry into Thailand. Just have your necessary travel documents and you will be fine. heck if you need a visa for entry though.

If you know the airline you will be flying out on, go to their website and find the security or 'what passengers need to know' page and check it out there.

Here is the site for United Airlines Customer Travel Tips: http://www.united.com/page/article/0,6722,51802,00.html Your airline should have the same kind of site. You do notice they now have a liquid restriction on flights.

Here is one from the Transportation Security Administration. It goes into a lot of detail: http://www.tsa.gov/index.shtm

Read through all the links. I'm pretty sure most other airlines have similar restrictions.

Good luck and I hope your flight goes well.

Here's the TSA link for US travel, you'll also need to check to see if there are restrictions on items you can bring into Thailand as well.
