and hopefully less claories, excercising every day for at least 2 hours, and again., eating less than 400 cals, do you think I could lose 20 lbs in 15 days?
please dont tell me it's unhealthy, I dont care.

beyonce went on a 2 week fast, lost 20 pounds!
I won't die, it takes 2 mnths without food for that, smartasses!

im not gonna tell you its unhealthy even though it is but....
and this part i can tell you is going to be really really on:
there are 3500 calories in a pound.
you want to lose 20 lbs, that means -70,000 calories.in 15 days.
sooo...assuming you eat 400 cals a day, thats probably 1400 cals less than what you burn resting. so, you would need to burn 2100 cals excercising to lose 15 lbs in 15 days.to lose 20, you would have to burn an extra 1200 cals excercising.
the likeliness that youll lose even 15 pounds without passing out or blacking out, headaches,vision loss,dizziness,seeing stars etc all the time is about 165823632584653246 to 1.
also, you probably wont lose more than 10 lbs because soon enough your metabolism will be ruined and you will store fat alot easier than burning it.
but,what the heck!give it a try!
hope youre doing cardio so you dont die of heart failure ^_^

NO, that won't work!!! And plus, how can you exercise 2 hours a day while eating only 400 calories, you'll definately faint or die because of the lack of energy you're obtaining! No-one can survive on 400 kcals a day - that's just ludicrous.
I calculated that a 20 year old girl, who weighed 130 lbs and was 5 feet 7 who was sedentary ( a person who mainly sat there doing nothing each day) needed 1700 calories a day to survive on. You should check out the website as well.... http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/calories-burned.php.
ALSO ANOTHER INTERESTING FACT TO TAKE NOTE OF...
During your sleep you burn about 300 kJ per hour, if you convert it into calories you obtain (1 calorie = 4,18 joules). So you burn about 71800 calories per hour during your sleep. If you sleep 8 hours, you'll burn 574400 calories during your whole night. This means you're burning 574.4 kcal, or "food" calories, per night. (So, if you want to lose alot of calories, just sleep more, but remember to eat lots of calories as well)
And oh yeah, you're metabolism DOES slow down when you're undereating, just to remind you ;) so you'll not be losing any pounds in the process.
OMG, i have just spent quite a while researching up all of this, definately NOT what a normal 15 year old boy should be doing......but then again I AM a fitness fanatic, so all this interests me (how sad lol)

It depends on how heavy you are now. One lb of human fat is 3500 calories. The 2 hrs of exercise will be about all you will be able to do in a day. The people that eat 400 or less usually can't even brush the flies away from their face.

okay i won't tell you that this is how many girls all over the world lead to new diseases like anorexia and bulimic but whatever if you want to spend the rest of you're life wondering why you just didn't hit the treadmill instead that's your prob..... but just think it's not going to be very fun when you're leaning over the toliet puking for half an hour and you're teeth turn yellow and you're breath smells bad.... then you'll wind up alone because no one wants to date skunk breath...... and on you're prom night you won't find a dress that fits 'Cause it's eather too short of too big in the belly area yeah that's right you're stomach will sink in and you'll have to wear only skirts and tee shirts all you're life. Well unless you want the stomach part sticking out on the dresses and the jean to be to big you need a belt on every one that you wear..... but whatever you're furture not mine.....

Yes, but I don't think that's healthy hun. Your body actually NEED calories and carbs it's what gives you energy.
Anyway, here's another thing about denying yourself the proper stuff. So you cut your calorie intake drastically and loose the weight.....then when you go off this crash diet you're gonna gain the weight back double because your body isn't use to the a higher calorie intake anymore and your metabolism is down. You should never deny yourself that drastic of diet. Working out is good....practical starvation bad!

this is close to killing your self you are suppose to have 2000 cals a day. if you want to lose that much weight you need to eat 1400 cals if you only eat 400 cals your body will think it is a food shortage and save its body fat making it a waste of time

The only thing you are doing is making sure you body starts feasting on any muscle mass you have. You will be miserable and may even pass out because of pushing yourself too hard.

if u wanna die and lose 20 pounds or more, dont eat and dont sleep but do stressful things, as well as excessive excercise
