Women definitely notice the little things like this. Scruffy shoes says broke. Other shoes say he needs a woman to help him dress therefore he's needy.

I absolutely do. Shoes tell a lot about anyone man or woman. I would notice shoes before pants. ( not what was in them just the pants themselves).

if its a guy i see walking down the street, i wont notice his shoes unless they stand out, or look strange with his clothes. if its a friend, or someone i'm interested in, i will notice everything. shoes/clothes/hair/accessories
