my ex-husband used to.....

he tried the cpap machine but it didn't completely get rid of his sleep apnea (which was severe) so he ended up having UPPP surgery (uvulo-palato-pharyngoplasty) plus a tonsillectomy which completely cured him. He had huge tonsills & an enlarged uvula - once they were cut out, he was good to go.

I have it. I use a cpap machine to sleep at night. I've used it for the last 5 years. Once you get used to it, it's just a part of you. Plus, you really do sleep better!
