Honesty is the best policy. Tell her the truth why it'll hurt but it's necessary if you want to make a clean cut. Be mature about the break up, be calm, explain and answer any questions she has if you're doing it in person. Do it in private too. Doing it in person is best because it shows you respect the person. If you can't phone is the next best thing.

be honnest with her and be as nice as possible, make the break up easy to get over, telling her that you still want to be friends but arnt quite ready for a long lasting relationship. but say it all to her face and not on the phone, if u call her than she might not take it seriously.
