Tylenol or Advil, Aspirin, Benadryl, a couple day supply of any prescription medications (not expired), Neosporin, anti-septic for cuts.

The aspirin is important because it is an important medication for a heart attack (324mg baby or chewable aspirin). It does not replace a trip to the hospital, because much more important things can be done there, but aspirin helps a lot.

You should have some aspirin in there - if you suspect anyone is having a heart attack get them to chew a 300mg tablet and swallow it - it's proven to be THE most helpful intervention.

Otherwise, some paracetamol (acetaminophen/tylenol) is useful for bringing down a fever, ibuprofen (motrin) is good for muscular aches and pains. Some antiseptic cream and bandaids, a couple of sterile dressings and bandages. Perhaps some antihistamine cream in case anyone gets bitten or stung.

That's really all you need, you could throw in some lemsip or something similar if you feel it's necessary.

Triple antibiotic ointment, burn cream, benedryl cream, tylenol to name a few. Keep a sticker on the outside with expiration dates so you can replace when needed. Also dont forget gauze, medical tape, bandaids, tweezers.
