remember in all you do be a lady about it. you don't want to come off as a ho or anything. just be sweet, mature and be smart. be friends with him, joke around, hang out. but remember to build it up. let him kiss you first- you don't want to be pushy or ruin a friendship if he doesn't like you in that sort of way. if you kiss him and he doesn't like it it may make things between you weird. when and if he kisses you, the first couple of times no tongue unless he does it first. just go with the flow. make sure your lips are not chapped, your breath isn't funky, and you swallow your spit. don't lean in too much otherwise your teeth will collide and that would really stink.
also be careful because a lot of guys at that age just want to have sex. and you don't want to lose your virginity at 13. if you end up going out with him be sure to let him know what the boundaries are and remember to value yourself in all you say and do.
age is not a big deal to me. my fiancee is almost 7 years older than me. so follow your heart. and remember, use your brain too.

you don't he's 3 yrs older than you. find someone your age. A 16 yr old has nothing in common with a 13 yr old. Sorry just being honest.

you shouldn't! although it's only 3 years that's a huge difference when one is 13 and one is 16.

He will either blow you off because you are so young, or he might take advantage of you because you are so young... please wait until you are at least 15 before you try dating a 16 year old.

well first of all your too young 3 years is a big diffence at your age what he knocks you up are you ready to have a kid when your still a kid yourself whether you want to hear it or not!
