Me and my girl recently went on a "break" she felt like she cared less about me than i care about her. She says she doesnt know what she wants. We have been together for a little more than 6 months and this has come up before but never to this extreme. she says she loves me and i love her but she just doesnt know. What do you think?

sorry mate. shes just not that keen on ya, shes saying she loves ya cos she feels bad not cos she does. if she did she wouldnt be breaking up with you. when u think about it you have only been going out with her 4 6 months, so its really good that its ending now, rather than a few years down the line! just let her go. and avoid by all means the 'lets be friends' crap. u cant be friends with someone u love. it just wont happen, you will continually feel like maybe she will change her mind, and she will think...great i can be single but still have him. not fair on u. just try ure best to be nice, tell her u want to break up 4 good (she wants to anyway) and say u wanna stop regular contact.
only good will come from this, u will get over her....and i bet she might even respect u more (& prob fall 4 u!but dont give in :))

people's feelings grow at different speeds. she may just feel that it's going too fast and that you are in deeper than her right now and she doesn't want to hurt you by not being enough for you. ease off any pressure you might put on her and give her time to fall in love with you. it's very early days. if she's still like this in 2 years then reconsider but stop rushing..you'll lose her for the wrong reasons and you need time to get to know her. it will be ok i'm sure

If u hav only been 2gether for 6 months and this has happened b4 maybe your not meant to be.Do you really need a relationship which is this much hard work you should still be havin loads of fun and be feelin head over heels for each other!!

Honestly I think she wants to see other people. I think while you guys are apart you should give her the space she wants and if she really loves you she will miss you and want to be with you. Give her some time to miss what she had! Like they say
" You never know what you got until it's gone"

it is possible that she might just need some time to miss you! i think it is a good thing that she wants a lil break you rather her not tell you what she is feeling and continue to be with you? this is a good thing it gives both of you time to evaluate your relationship and where it is going. i hope for you that she decides she cant bear to be apart from you cuz you sound like you really care for her, you took the time to ask a million strangers what we think!! good luck
