I'd tell her... get off the cross lady, we need the wood
This is like the ultimate form of Munchausen syndrome by proxy... she's usuing the death of a son she hardly knew to get attention for herself.

i think of Sheehan hated George Bush greater advantageous than she hated the conflict in Iraq. She never appeared on the stable issues Bush did or the stable that loose'd the voters of Iraq so as that they might stay common lives with the removal of Saddam Hussein from this tyranical chief. She won't like the conflict in Afghanistan, yet via fact that Obama is on an identical ingredient as she, she's no longer working very difficult at protesting now. And the Media chooses to forget approximately approximately her while she does (some thing they did no longer do while she grow to be protesting Bush's conflict. The Media could have disregarded her thoroughly returned then and she or he could have vanished into the woodwork, yet they made a acceptance for her fairly.

Wow, you haven't a clue, have you? Cindy Sheehan is trying to keep more solders from dying for no reason, which is more important than choosing a headstone for her son. If I had the chance to meet her, I'd tell her how sorry I was about her son and keep up the good work. The insanity is that we invaded a country that was no threat to us for reasons that turned out to be false without a plan. That is what is morally corrupt.

She's not a spokesperson for the liberal platform.
Her message is very specific -- she says the the Iraq war is bad and that our forces shouldn't remain there.
While many liberals may agree with that concept, don't assume that just because there is some overlap in goals, that they automatically support her methods or her message.
Why are so many people unable to understand the difference between a goal, and the methods used to achieve that goal? Why do they assume that anyone who might support some version of the goal automatically agrees on the methods to use?
That being said, he's speaking out for what she believes. She's entitled to that opinion, whether we agree with her or not.
As far as custody, I don't subscribe to the belief that women should automatically get custody of children, or that men are incapable of being good single parents. So, if she's going to go a crusade around the country, at least she has the sense not to drag a minor child through that.

So by this definition we ought to call god a cheap lazy deadbeat dad SOB because he gave up custody of his son only to have him die in a futile battle of wills in the middle east-
Ah your christian morals don't cover that one - your argument is useless and no less "babbling" than you accuse the woman in question of. Who do you see in the mirror?
Unless you have walked a mile in her shoes you haven't a leg to stand on. If I were lucky to meet this woman I would take her hand ans tell her I am sorry for her loss and that she must never give up the fight for truth and never bow to the Patriot Paddle!(bend over and let me beat you with this so you can prove how you love your country)
One more thing - I can't for the life of understand the logic of "he volunteered" so she is dishonouring him - She honours him because he enlisted to fight an enemy he was told was a clear and present danger with stockpiles of WMD's and a big hand in the 9/11 attacks - this was not true therefore Cassie was mislead to enlist under false pretenses and THAT is what Cindy is pissed about - she's not for one second ashamed of her son!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is what I say about all of this. Don't be a blind follower - THINK PEOPLE!

Maybe we should just hit on some facts at this point:
1) The story of her giving up custody of her son Casey at age 7 is false - it's an urban legend that started sometime last year
2) Her son voluntarily enlisted in the Army
3) When the Iraq war started he voluntarily re-enlisted
4) He volunteered for the mission in which he was killed
The sad truth is that her "campaign" is benefitting no one and dishonors her son's name.

i'd say "SHUT THE F*CK UP!" i think she's dishonoring all of the other parents and family members who have lost someone in a war (as if she's the only one), not to mention members of the armed services, veterans and really every citizen of this country. Casey Sheehan, WILLINGLY enlisted. why didn't Cindy protest on his doorstep when he did? i'm sure she enjoys her freedom to protest though. too bad she doesn't seem to care that OTHERS paid the ultimate price to give her THAT. that's the problem with liberals. they really enjoy their freedoms but won't get off their *sses to defend them.

I can understand the woman being upset by the loss of her son but she is not all there. Thousands of people lost loved ones over there. I am not saying I agree or disagree with the war but these men and woman chose to fight for their country and we should honor them by celebrating their lives, not acting like an idiot.

I'd probably tell her that she's a moron. When I saw her on MSNBC talking about how she's going on a hunger strike and how she had all these congressmen and women on her side, I had to laugh. The woman is way gone. I'm suprised that she's still getting media attention, but then again, this is America.

If I wanted to see her, all I'd have to do is drive 10 miles and park in her front yard. I choose to ignore her. I don't think her son would like us bad mouthing his mother any more than he likes her behavior. He died because he believed she (and everyone else) deserves that freedom.
