You do NOT want to drink this!

Fermentation can occur naturally when airborne yeasts contaminate a liquid containing sugars. However, the airborne yeasts in North America create very nasty-tasting by-products during fermentation.

I understand that in other parts of the world is is possible to homebrew without the addition of yeasts (just let them get in from the air). However, in North America homebrewing requires that you carefully sanitize your brewing equipment before adding non-native yeasts to your fermenter.

I believe that native North American yeasts can, however, be used in some breads (sourdough), cheeses, and yogurt.

NO DRINKY-DRINKY! It's fermented, another word for rotten. This is OK for liquor because it's done under specific conditions and monitored/tested the whole way. Random juice in the fridge isn't worth what it could do to you.

The sugars have fermented. If you taste it, it'll taste a little like liquor too. I don't recommend you drink it...might get sick.

The sugar has fermented and turned into alcohol. You do not want to drink it though. It will taste really bad and will not get you happy drunk...just yucky!

You would defiantly get sick. If it was that easy to make booze don't you think everyone would make there own instead of paying for it. Hello
