I personally dont worship satan, but I dont disrespect people who do. Everyone is an individual and has the right to worship whom/whatever they want. The reason why some people disrespect people who believe different then they do is because they are closed minded and think that their beliefs are the only true beliefs and in this day and age that simply is not good. There are so many belief systems out there that in order to have peace and get along with people you have to be open minded and accept others no matter what they believe. Does one have to agree with everything that others believe...no, but you must be tolerant to others beliefs and basically keep your thoughts to yourself if you do not agree. That is just my opinion.

is this the same person who asked earlier? well either way this is why people dont like satanists. In order to believe in satan you must believe in God, because they come from the same religion. now if you follow satan your clamiing that you know the difference between right and wrong and your chosing to follow the wrong. And i know i speak for many others when i say we arent fond of people who proclaim sin as a thing they SHOULD do. and if you are proclaiming u being a satanist has nothign to do with satan, (as was the last guy) then i suggest you rename what u beleive in, free will lovers or whatever you want. you dont have to qualify urself under certain religions to be one.

First you (they) must understand that GOD was the first to diss satan, and to worship something or someone other than your heavenly Father is wrong. If someone choses to serve satan they are truely hiding from themselves. There are some hurts in thier lives that are unresolved and or the ones they truely believed in has let them down in such a maner that they do not have faith in anything that is good. I am not the one to judge anyone ,but if they need someone to talk to I am here, but only for those want to really get an understanding of who they are and whose they are.

I agree, that whatever religion or entity someone chooses to worship, should be no one else's business.
That's the problem with people, especially in today's society. Everyone thinks that they follow the "right, correct and only true" religion.
If everyone stopped to look at the whole picture and view all the different religions collectively, they would see that each religion only has a small piece of the puzzle. If we put all the religions and beliefs together, I believe that we would then have as close to possible, the entire "correct" religion.
Have a lovely rest of the day.....Bright Blessings........

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.
Love and blessings

Satan is the father of all lies, he torments, he represents evil and he stands for everything that is not good. He is fallen angel that was kicked out of Heaven and cast into a lake of fire. He is no God and one day these people will realize who the true God really is!

If you want to be mean, just be. Do not try to find explanations "But Satan made me kill that person/ sacrifice that cat/rape that woman/ cheat" or whatever. Cowards.
Oh. And something more. Satanism is NOT a religion.

People are selfish and they only seem to believe in what they want and only want to believe their faith is the right and only way and due to their ignorance and bigotry they feel powerful to knock someone elses belief. Some people choose to believe in satan, lucifer or some other "dark deity". Sometimes I wonder why they limit themselves to one deity and what it really means to them to believe in satan or lucifer etc. We still live in ignorant times where people cant respect other people's beliefs. dont let this piss you off.
