Fried chicken with sesame

Main ingredients Chicken breasts, Cumin, Paprika, Sesame
Time of preparation 30 Minutes
Time of cooking 15 Minutes
Serving 4
! You have to refrigerate chicken for 1 hour before frying.
Ingredients 8 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Flour
1 Egg ,beaten
1 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Paprika
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
Salt and Pepper
Sunflower Oil
Directions
On a flat plate put the flour and pour the beaten egg in a bowl. Mix breadcrumbs with cumin, paprika and sesame seeds and put on another plate.
Wash chicken breasts well and drain. Season with little salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in flour then in beaten egg then in breadcrumbs mixture.
Spread chicken breasts on a flat dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Deep-fry chicken until golden. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve immediately with mashed or baked potatoes.
