Check for breathing and pulse. If not present, administer CPR. If present, check for bleeding. If no bleeding, elevate the feet and keep the person warm. Call 911.

If it is evident that they have not broken any bones then put them in the recovery position. Then constantly check for signs of breathing and pulse.
