In most people, the appendix is located at the lower right quadrant of the abdomen. In people with situs inversus, the appendix may be located in the lower left side.

classic symptom of appendicitis is pain in the stomach area around the belly button and in the lower right area of the abdomen. If your appendix is acting up, the pain will be constant and aggravated by movement. Other symptoms are nausea, vomiting and low-grade fever. If you do have persistent discomfort, especially around the lower right side of your belly, you should notice whether you also have loss of appetite or nausea soon after. A combination of these symptoms within a 12- to 24-hour period means that you should give your doctor a call.
Hey, I found this for u I'm sry abt the pain hope u feel beta soon.

Appendix is on your Right side. If you are having bad pains on the left side, it could be due to some other problems which range from urinary tract infection, colic due to constipation or even ovarian cyst.

The appendix is on the right side, but still, you should get this "other pain" treated at the earliest. Do not neglect it.

It is typically on your right. Down right above your hip. If you have a temp over 101f, get thee to a Dr. right away.
Some folks DO have their appendix on their left.
If you have appendicitis, you will have a temp and fell yucky.

Oh Oh
Here we go lads.
Another one who thinks we are all doctors.
Okay, if you really want my opinion, You'll find it just behind that little bit that hangs down from your left ear - just behind that earing you are wearing.
Hey! Maybe it's the earing that's causing the pain?
