Be very careful and make certain that you are mentally ready. I was adopted and didn't know until I turned 17. Shortly after that my Momma(that raised me) died. Looking back I know I was simply reaching to find my Momma (as if she had left on a trip) I searched with very limited info for the Bio-logical birth mother thinking she could now give me the strength to carry on. I was successful in finding her. It was the MOST DISAPPOINTING DAY OF MY LIFE other than loosing the ONLY Momma I ever knew. I was so young and hurt beyond words by the things that lady said to me. She made it absolutely 100% clear that she never wanted anything to do with me and that I should get on with life plus many other hateful things. So in other words It may be a gut wrenching experience when you do find him. Be ready for the worst and hope for the best. The painful reaction is to this day the worst and heaviest burden I have to carry and I am now 46yr old. But by all means you have every right and internal need to try filling your void. I wish you Lots of Luck and hope that your findings will be Happy ones. Our circumstances are very different - but very alike.

His name is not on your birth certificate? Then the only person I could think of that could possibly help you find him would be your mother. You need a name, possible birth name of your father, possible birth date just to get started. Good Luck!
