Hey, has anybody tried body wraps to lose inches? did it work?

Yes - I have tried it - ashamed to say so.....it cost a little over $100.00 - the inches were just from losing water weight, but they came just as fast. Coudn't really tell one way or the other.

Body wraps can be scams. If you want to know one that is good to help with skin toning and detoxifying the body then try Suddenly Slender. Depending on how much you have lost already and how much skin sag there is will make a big difference. Its not going to burn any fat, you still have to work off those extra calories.
I can tell you that I have lost and kept off 14 inches from one wrap, and my mother lost and kept off 21 inches (until she put back on the weight)
The inches lost is based on the total body dimensions. The inches aren't going to be in just one spot.
Go to the site and talk to a local Specialist to see which one would be best for you.
If you are just starting to lose weight, look into a detoxifying soak.

Its the same as going into a sauna or steam room...you are just sweating some water out.
Wanna lose FAT and not just some water?? Just start running a few times a week for 30 minutes or so at a time. Skip a few desserts, eat well, and voila!, you'll be there.

I've had a couple. I supposedly lost 11 inches each time. As for the cellulite lose, it didn't do much.

I did but it wasnt really anything special and I didnt even notice. But I have been on another program where I see the difference. Its a healthier way of losing wait. If you want more info on it let me know
