Try not to have too much dressing on it and avoid having too many nuts or seeds in it as they are heavy on the carbs. Not sure about having soup as well though.

Just don't have any skin on the chicken and don't use an oily salad dressing, either use a very low cal one or balsamic vinegar, mustard and lemon juice with a bit of powdered sweetener makes a great dressing. Also make sure the soup is low calorie and you should be fine.

It can be low fat yes. It all depends on what you put on the salad. I dont think italian dressing is that bad but other salad dressings which are more creamier can put the calories on. Same with the soup, creamy soups have higher fat and calories, so depending on what you are eating it is a healthy meal yes.

Check how many calories the salad dressing has.

Chicken skin has a lot too, but the breast meat is quite good.

if there is no skin on the chicken and the dressing is low fat then yes a good low fat meal. Watch for the sneaky sugar and oils in dressings. Abd cook your own chicken cos they add dextrose and colouring when its ready cooked to make the skin browner.

you can get really good low cal italian... like 5 cals/tbsp!! Kraft makes it.
make sure it is grilled chicken with vegetables and no cheese.
Soup is low cal, well especially if it is vegetable with no meat or noodles in it. There is a really good weight watchers soup that they count as NO points!

Yes it is. Make sure you remove the skin from the chicken and use Balsamic vinegar if you need something on the salad.
