My daughter(age 17) is at home, pregnant in 8th month. After 2 weeks we have to travel by plane but if she hasn't delivered the baby and she is in 8-th month, she cannot fly.If I press her abdomen, she will have contractions, right? That may cause delivering. If she delivers now,we will be able to fly after 2 weeks. If I press her abdomen,is it sure the delivering will start and what else can I do to cause delivering? She'll deliver at home, without doctors(she is fine and doesn't need doctors).Tell some ideas for causing a delivery.

you cant cause a delivery that way. she needs a doctor to be present you never know what can go wrong during a delivery. you are an idiot to think that.

Are you serious? You'd risk your daughter's health and your grandchild's health so you an fly somewhere? What is more important than her delivering a full term, healthy baby and a being healthy mom afterwards?

I've known people who had unattended homebirths before. I had a homebirth with a midwife present. Keep in mind that a responsible midwife would not attend a homebirth for a child less than 37 weeks gestation. That baby needs to stay in there until it is ready to come out so that it will be fully developed and ready to meet the world.

BY THE WAY.....
Just 4 weeks ago your daugher was only 15 years old and pregnant? Check her user lookup......I copied and pasted this.....

She is pregnant. What should we do with the baby?

I'm 35.I have 2 daughters, ages 15 and 9.The 15-year-old girl had sex with an unknown boy 3 weeks ago.A few days ago,we found out that she is pregnant.Tell me in your opinion, should we keep the baby and make it part of our family or abort it - if she aborts it she may not have children in her future.Or should we give the baby for adoption?I don't know what to do.

Press her abdomen??? No, I don't think so.

It is NOT a good idea to induce, even in a hospital with doctors and everything, just for convenience!!! There is a time and a place for induction, if the baby or mama is in danger, but you said yourself she's fine - you might just have to suck it up and rearrange your travel plans! Also, it's generally not a good idea to attempt a homebirth without at least a midwife who is trained and certified to deal with the MANY things that have the potential to go wrong (even to mothers/babies who are "fine").

Are you serious!! If you force a delivery (especially by pressing on her abdomen) you may kill the baby!!! Speak with your doctor about inducing labor. What kind of parent are you anyway!! Get the girl to a doctor!

That can cause serious problems and health risks to the fetus/and or your daughter. If you were a half-decent mom you would NOT be so selfish and trying to deliver the baby PERIOD. Whether on time or 2 weeks early. yOU ARE CRAZY and i'm not helping you.

What the!!!! I cannot believe you are so stupid... If your gonna risk your daughter and her baby so you can fly you dont need kids yourself. She needs to deliver with medical care in case something happens. If she is willing to let you try something so ridiculous like trying to push the baby out of her belly neither one of you should have reproduced to begin with!

That is the most assinine thing I've ever heard!! No that won't work & besides that if you "make" her deliver early chances are you won't make your trip anyway becuase your grandchild will be in the NICU! Sad, very sad.

a doctor won't touch her if she's less than 37 weeks and not having any complications, when the baby's ready it will come

I think you need some mental help if you want to risk injuring your grandchild JUST TO FLY SOMEWHERE!

If you are serious, you are out of your mind and a poor excuse for a parent.
