if u love them why break up there is long distance and u can always ask them to move with u spliting up is your last resort think about how u really feel and if still gonna break up then the best thing that u can do is to tell them the truth sit them down and look this is happened and i am gonna take the job

Tell them you have to end the relationship because you are too weak to carry on a long distance one...obviously that person is not important to you.
