A woman's feet can be a turn on. Why do you think so much is spent on shoes? Lots of guys have a bit of a thing for feet, I think. I guess part of it is because they are sensitive, and bare feet may be associated with informality, or intimacy. After all, the shoes have to come off before the sex can start! (Unless you're really gross!)
