What are the seven things God hates?

One of them is killing the innocent. When God's wrath is poured out, it is poured out onto those who destroy His creation.

The people that end up in hell terrors are the devil & his messengers. The messengers are more than just demons. They are anyone doing the devil's dirty destructive work. They rule by fear & intimidation.

Right now, and probably for the rest of my life, the worst evil I have encountered or heard of is the inhuman disregard for innocent and/or defenseless lives.
This murder takes many forms, the 2 most prominent of these being abortion and Islamic terrorism (the only terrorism these days?) and military oppression of foreign peoples.
I can't say which is worse, or even exactly how to tell how any given evil is worse than another evil, but these 2 stand out among many others in modern times due to their being evil in all 3 ethical levels of an action: motive, the act, and the result.
I feel very strongly about these causes, because their believers kill innocent people due to those peoples' being somehow less valuable than the people killing them, when really all humans are equally valuable.

The evil i want to protest is that the Lord's holy day has been ignored and forgotten by so many. All He asks is that we keep the 7th day especially for Him and take off from work and regular daily duties to spend more time with him and witness for Him. And its the one commandment that most people dont' think is good enough to keep. Usually i don't put how i feel about this in people's faces but since you asked, yes i do feel strongly about it and i wish people would read the Holy Word for themselves (guided by the Holy Spirit of course) and find the truth. Because keep that day holy has blessed me so much adn i hate for others to miss out! :)

I am a Muslim, and must say I am disappointed with the answer given by Just David...How can you simply say that Islam is evil? Have you even done any kind of research on it?
Did you know that all the prophets that you hold in reverence are also held in high esteem by my religion? The Quran has a whole chapter dedicated to the story of the Virgin Mary ('Mariam" in Arabic). Have you considered that the notion of heaven and hell, of judgement for actions done on Earth, all this is in common in our religions...
You judge an entire religion on the actions of a few individuals who take their own interpretation of the Quran. What if people were to judge all Christians based on the actions of Hitler??
I am not going to make any personal attack on you...I just hope that you take the time to think abt what you write...
peace...

Abortion.

I'm not talking about the "quick, we have to operate or this woman WILL DIE" type of abortion. I mean the "oh, my, this child will be inconvienent for me, so I had better get rid of it" type!

Voluntary abortions kill human beings, for no other reason than the child coming is inconvienent to the mother (and maybe the father). The child has committed no crime, will recieve no anesthesia, and has no rights in our society. They are the most helpless victims imagineable, not even given "person" status in our country.

It is a crime, punishable by hefty fines and jail time, to destroy the eggs of a Bald Eagle. Unborn Human children do not have that much protection! This is injustice at its worst.

perhaps the best way to condone evil is to kill it with kindness.

I always felt strongly about people being treated fairly.

WHY, Perhaps because I was treated wrongly many times.
Once I got by but kick by three, cause I said for they to leave Him alone.
I been accuse of things all my life of things I've not done, once done nine months in jail for saving a life, I was set up, God was there the whole time, He did teach me many things out of it, and He took a life to save mine, this I am sure of, all charges were dropped. He taught me by experiences, that was the only way for me to get to where He wanted me to be. sometimes He'll drag you through the mud to build you the way He needs you to be for His reason and will. In the bible many went to prison, sometimes we suffer to be a Christian.... why not Jesus did...... Thomas the believer

Christian 'Dominionists' (Reconstructionalists, Theonomists) have largely usurped the local level political apparatus of the Republican Party, and are engaged in a sub rosa process to politically motivate moderate Christians under the false cover of religious issues such as morality and family values. The goal is nothing less than the takeover of all elective offices in the USA.

Their doctrine comes from the Bible, starting with the term 'dominion' at Genesis 1:28... “And God said unto them, [Adam and Eve] Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have DOMINION… over every living thing.” They interpret DOMINION as: “... a supremacy in determining and directing the actions of others or in governing politically, socially, or personally.”

They want to remake the USA as a theocracy... and they are succeeding.

Its most common form, Dominionism, represents one of the most extreme forms of Fundamentalist Christianity thought. Its followers, called Dominionists, are attempting to convert the laws of United States so that they match those of the Hebrew Scriptures. They intend to achieve this by using the freedom of religion in the US to train a generation of children via home-schooling and in private Christian religious schools. Later, their graduates will be charged with the responsibility of creating a new Bible-based political, religious and social order. One of the first tasks of this order will be to eliminate religious choice and freedom. Their eventual goal is to achieve the "Kingdom of God" in which much of the world is converted to Christianity. They feel that the power of God's word will bring about this conversion. No armed force or insurrection will be needed; in fact, they believe that there will be little opposition to their plan. People will willingly accept it. All that needs to be done is to properly explain it to them.

All religious organizations, congregations etc. other than strictly Fundamentalist Christianity would be suppressed. Nonconforming Evangelical, main line and liberal Christian religious institutions would no longer be allowed to hold services, organize, proselytize, etc. Society would revert to the laws and punishments of the Hebrew Scriptures. Any person who advocated or practiced other religious beliefs outside of their home would be tried for idolatry and executed. Blasphemy, adultery and homosexual behavior would be criminalized; those found guilty would also be executed. There are two conservative Christian pastors in Texas who have advocated the execution of all Wiccans. Ralph Reed, the executive director of the conservative public policy group the Christian Coalition has criticized Reconstructionism as "an authoritarian ideology that threatens the most basic civil liberties of a free and democratic society."

By failing to openly confront this insidious agenda, we have sown the seeds of our own destruction, while these religious wing-nuts are paving the way to Armageddon with gleeful anticipation.

There's so much evil in the world, it's hard to answer which. Abortion, child pornography, pornography in general, cloning, people trying to turn others away from God...the list goes on and on.
If we could just get Christians to see their sins of omission, we could make the world a better place.
We forget, we're permitted righteous anger. However, we're to hate the sin but love the sinner.
The ACLU really bothers me. Love them. Hate what they do. And don't be afraid to let your voice be heard.
Stand up for Jesus!

I feel called to protest ALL evil in whatever form or shape it takes because Jesus told us to stand firm and strong in our faith and the Holy Spirit will lead us to all truth. I see us in a war, spiritual warefare, and all evils need to be recognized for what they are and fought against. In the words of Father John Corapi "My Mamma wears combat boots" (referring to Our Blessed Mother Mary) and I too want to be suited up for this spiritual warfare, on the side of God, and all His angels and saints. Peace and Love in our Lord Jesus Christ.

The evils of anti-gay rights and the evils of anti-pro-choice. I feel very strongly about both of these.
