Some friends and I, when we were teenagers, stood in front of a mirror in a darkened bathroom - with only candlelight - and said "Bloody Mary" 5 times. Nothing happened, LOL.

No, but it scares the crap outta me as a kid. I still wouldn't do it now, tempting fate & all. What your supposed to do is go in your bathroom in front of the mirror with all the lights out spin around (some say 3,some say 6) and say her name each spin then stop and look in the mirror and she's supposed to be there. There are lots of different stories on her origin, but the best was on that show Supernatural.

~It has only happened three times that I have heard of.
Kiddies go in to a school toilet and call down a demon - who breaks the mirrors in that toilet.
Kind of easy to falsify --isn't it.

i've tried it so many times in my life. nothing ever happened!! it's an urban myth.
don't know where it originated, but u could probably research it online.
