it is hard to remember to stand up straight sometimes

I am 5 ft 11 in, so posture is always something I am conscious of. The best ways to keep good posture are to sit straight in your chair, tailbone as close to the chair as possible. Also, remember to always kepp your shoulders down. This is the one I have the hardest time remembering. Watch how you sleep in bed as well and make sure your body is not in an awkward position that might cause back pain.

Wear clothes that will emphasize your bodyshape so you'd be figure-conscious in getting the right good posture in bringing out the best out of that suit ,exclusive or not.
