I upset the petrol attendant and now I have been tied to the driver seat only one hand free to type this on laptop. He has jammed the gas pedal on. I have about 2 minutes before the intersection. Can't reach......controls...er..er.....please advise...

Sorry I didn't see this until too late, bummer about your recent accident. My condolences to your family if you failed to make it.
I would have suggested, attempting to smash the laptop, and using the shards to cut the binding.
Next time, don't be mean to servers!
