I think you may be getting a tad carried away here, Crispy. Gurty's family knew her for 68 years - you knew her for ONE DAY.
And I don't believe for one second that a woman who wore surgical stockings and dabbed TCP behind her ears would have the slightest idea who The Strokes were.
And anyway - why aren't you in Amsterdam?
