First of all the person that says you can use any poo is wrong. Human poo has been used in China and has been found too rich in nutrients to used as a fertilizer (believe it or not), which is why it is unsafe. Additionally, composted human waste is a healthier alternative that may become more mainstream one day, as it is more environmentally safe than letting the waste get into our drinking water before it is composted and broken down. Everything even humans are manure.

But before you empty the loo on the garden think what is in it! the chemicals in Contraceptive pills do not bio degrade and nor do many other metals and drugs so you could be growing food that will in the long term do harm such as reduce sperm count and fertility etc.

as a matter of fact you can use the poo of anyone for manure, as long as it is processed properly. check out the book Humanure it will set the record straight for you

Personally, I prefer to fork the vegetarians straight into the soil, cuts out the middleman!

Yes of course. In fact you can use waste from humans with any diet because all faeces produced contains methane which stinks, but it helps the plants a treat.

manure, both human and animal is often refered to as "night soils" and has been used as fertilizer for thousands of years.

A lot of vegetarians still eat fish... so no, a vegan on the other hand would be fine.
