There are a few simple solutions
1)gibbersih.....keep mumbling shouting in a language u dont understand for 10 minutes...........follow up with 5 minutes of silence..just watch yrself
2)Punch a bag or Pillow strongly fr 10 minutes..follow with slence
3)Do Pranayama..................breathing in deeply and then out forcefully thri nose for 5 minutes and thru mouth for 5 minutes
4)long term startegy.watch your thots.they are not u............

To control anger, simply walk away. Good Housekeeping magazine wrote an article on this saying the best way to dispel anger is to take a long walk. I walk a lot anyway, and on days when I feel angry, I feel much less angry after taking an hour walk. It works. I hope this helps.

That depends on the age of the person. Kids try a punching bag, also works for adults. Find something you like to do and when you feel angry do it like reading colouring, scrap booking.

when u r v.angry do nt tlk with others and ask them nt give pieces of advice.
simply spend sm time wth urself. meditation might help.
