5'11 and 172 is a healthy weight. I am 5'11 and I weigh 165.
It totally just depends if you are happy with yourself, but your weight is perfect right now.

Your ideal weight is a misnomer.
Body mass index is a more realistic measure and your weight has a large latitude because you may or may not have good muscle development. Less than 20% body fat looks good.

172 seems OK. Get it down to 150 and it will be even better.

Small frame
135-148

Medium frame
145-159

Large frame

Your looking for around 12 to 13 stone. Just make sure its mostly muscle wi not too much lard.
Im 5'10 and 13 stone bang on

I would say anywhere from 135-155..Im 6'ft myself and i weigh 140 i feel fine and have a pretty nice shape.depends on what type of shape you want
