i was spraying lysol disinfectant spray into my sink and accidnetally got some up my nose?

and maybe some in my eye - how do i know if i really did get any in my eye and is it harmful that i got it up my nose????

yes it's harmful. flush out ur eye & nose for at least a few minutes.

Just flush & rinse your eyes & nose with lots of water and you'll be OK,
