If it's yours, you can sell it. I seen one for sale in the local paper. But are you sure you don't need it? Plots are getting more expensive with each passing year. You may not be able to get one in the future. They are selling out and soon there will be none available in your location of your family grave yard. Several grave yards by me are now completely full. Think about it.

Yes, if YOU own it. If it was a family plot that was purchased by a single person who has ownership to the land, then no, you can't because it isn't technically yours to sell.

Yes, if it's in a private cemetary. But not if it's in a public one, like a county cemetary.
