Well lets see my son had cake and ice cream, presents, friends and family present, and ohh yeah a really fun time!! Birthdays are celebrated the same as anyone else.

One difference would be a wiccaning which celebrates the birth of a child and confirms a parents promise to raise the child in the best way possible. All witnessed before the God and Goddess of course.

Yup, we celebrate them just like everyone else. There are no guidelines in Wicca about how to celebrate birthdays, though some might do rituals as part of their special day. :)

Whats more magical than making a wish and blowing out our candles? ;)

Yes we celebrate birthdays. No real specifcations as how. I do a wheel of the year Tarot Reading on myself. But that's not required, I just like to do it.
