she wants to stay for less than 1 year with me in texas and would like to go to work too.she is 21 years .i have a permanent visa and live here since 5 years. She doesnt need a visa , she can stay for 6 months each year.
does anybody know how to get her a work permit, or where to start? thank you

Speak to your accountant; he should be able to provide you with the correct paperwork (application).

a sponsor is difficult as they have to show they couldn't find someone in the US with whatever skill she has to offer, that could take months

the best thing she can do is go to the US consulate, say she wants to live with you in texas for one year and ask for a temporary work visa which will allow her to work in the US temporarily for a certain amount of time... it would be best if you could go with her.

this is a tough one though, because those are hard to get... so try phoning the us consulate in germany, or inquiring yourself from the US via the USCIS hotline (found on their website).

it is hard to get a work visa... you have to show that no one else can perform the same job she can , and so she needs to be hired, there may be other circumstances, but you should check with immigration, but i think it is rather difficult unless she has a visa that permits work.

Yes, you just need a sponsor. Someone that wants to hire your kid.
