I have seen a lot of suicide attempts, and I can tell you draino is not an effective method. Remember, suicide is a permanent solution to a TEMPORARY problem. Please call your doctor, or talk to a friend, or go to the local ER and get help. Killing yourself is never the solution.

Killing one's self is a permanent solution to temporary problems. Call your counselor about the ideations or call the police and have them come. You ought not to be alone if you are planning your demise.
My wife had an acquantenance that did themselve in with Drano. From all indications she died a horrible and agonizingly slow painful death. It destroys tissue from the inside out. If you are expecting instant relief for your mental anguish forget it.
You can call the police or go to ER and get help NOW.. They will help you get the help you are crying for.

Not a very good way to die at all. It destroys your mouth and throat and stomach. You will be in horrendous pain but die slowly.
If you'd like to talk to someone about feeling suicidal and getting help so that you don't need to kill yourself, try the befrienders link to find people near you to phone or email.

You'll have to ask my 10 year old daughters father. Oops. you can't. He did the same thing in 4/97, and has been in the ground since. I wasn't there when it happened. His best friend was and told me that he was foaming from the mouth when they took him out of his mothers house. He survived 16 hours before finally succumbing. His death certificate lists bowel necrosis as the primary cause of death due to ingestion of a caustic substance. That's my story...oh yeah, and my daughter never has and never will know her father.

you take the bottle of drano and put it under your sink... very carefully. then drink a glass of water, sing 'happy bday' and take a cold cold shower. In approximately sixty years you will die.
