Open a can of coffee and take a sniff. Your passages will clear out and you'll be rid of the smell.

I don't have allergies, but every time I take almost any kind of medicine, I get a weird smell high up in my nose. It lasts for a few hours, then goes away. It is HIGHLY annoying!! lol

After having a horrible sinus infection and taking several rounds of antibiotics, I smelled cigarette smoke all the time for several months. And I don't smoke! My eyes would even start watering from it sometimes. Sounds crazy, but I've talked to other people who had the same thing happen. I think sinus infections can do weird things to your sense of smell. I imagine smelling coffee grounds or something might help temporarily, but you might want to try a Neti Pot or other system for flushing your sinuses, and see if that gives you more relief.

i don't have hypersensitive reactions, yet each and every time I take very just about any sort of drugs, i'm getting a peculiar scent extreme up in my nostril. It lasts for some hours, then is going away. that is pretty stressful!! lol

Blow your nose. Then clean your house, the smell maybe stuck there too. :-)
