make the move, when you say good night, kiss him lightly on the lips, if he doesn't pull away after, then kiss him a little longer, once you get the first couple done he'll see what he's been missing...dont wear too much lip gloss or anything like that, most guys dont like it. Have fun and roll with it!

Wait until the mood and feel is right and you make the step and kiss him. My girlfriend distracted me by playing my favorite song and said come here. Then she kissed me. you can try something like that but you should make the move.

Well, when things are close, and your together alone and your next to eachother and holding hands. There comes a time when you will look into his eyes and he will look at yours and then you go closer and you kiss him lightly on the lips. if he likes it and all..he will kiss you back deaper and more affectionaly. But be careful..this too leads to other things...

Just ask him if he minds you kissing him-- if he doesn't go for it.
Most guys like it when the girl takes the initiative to make the first move- so you know what, scrap what I just said and just do it. He may even kiss you back.
