Wow a real question! :) My favorite is the parable of the mustard seed, which reminds me that I can do anything through Him who loves me, and that no matter what, He will always love me. :) I also like Proverbs 31, I strive to be that woman :)

i don't think i have a favorite story, per se, but to answer your question, my favorite would have to be the story of the fiery furnace. the one with the young men who refused to bow down to the king, and were put in the furnance. however, my favorite would have to be the WHOLE book of revelation. i think it is scary and inspirational at the same time. it reveals what is to come, and therefore makes it a whole lot more interesting. if you look around the world today, many things said in the book are coming true. i think once the antichrist reveals himself, many nonbelievers will begin to take the bible more seriously and see how true it really is.

well mine is more of a parable. In the bible we learn that Christ taught in parables for various reasons. Mine is the parable of the Lost Sheep. He talks about if a Shepard had an hundred sheep and lost one would he not leave the ninety and nine and go find the lost sheep? And then when he has found that which was lost, doth he not place it on his shoulders and rejoice because he has found that which was lost? If one understands this, the meaning is very deep. There is a big difference between a sheep herder and a Shepard. A Shepard devotes his life to his job. He knows every single one of his sheep. And the sheep know his voice. He leads his sheep from behind. When a wolf or predator comes he protects them. AND when one is lost he usually will leave to find that lost sheep because they are all of extreme worth. SO, this being said, is Christ not the Good Shepard, and aren't we all that lost sheep? He came to the world to redeem us, and when we have found him, he has truly rejoiced because "we have been found." I love this parable too because I know that each of us has infinite worth to Him, and we are loved so much more than we can truly understand.

Mine is about David being Kind to Mephioshepth who was lame and was one of the last of King's Sauls Living Relatives. I also like the story about Zaccheus climbing in the tree to see Jesus above the crowd. I also like the story about the prodigal son. I also the story of the resuurection of Lazreus. My most favorite is Jesus dieing on the cross and then riseing again on the third day.

He marched the army out to stand the enemy led with the help of a choir singing praises to God. yet there would be no conflict that day. God had already given them the victory!
