Nope. The Titan does not have any influence from Ford.

No the titan is built by Nissan and the companies do not have a relationship to build that vehicle.

However Nissan is in talks with GM. Who's to say that the next Titan won't also get a Silverado, Avalanche, or Escalade badge too.

No. Nissan has talked to GM though in the over seas divisions about doing some mixing of autos, parts, engines, etc.

There are some trucks that are crossed over.

Ford Ranger is actually the Mazda pick up. Ford has just re-badged it since day one. Many think its the other way around but are wrong.

The Chevy Trailblazer is many SUV's out there. Chevy's version, GMC's version, Buick, Saab, Isuzu, etc.

The Honda Ridgeline is a mini version of the Chevy Avalanche. Honda was going to supply GM with their Civic engine to put into the Cavaliers a few years ago but then GM opted to built a new car. The Cobalt took the Cavaliers place and instead of Honda's engine GM used their new 4 banger engine instead.

So GM shared the drawings of the Avalanche with Honda so they could enter the truck market. Put them side by side and take off GM's plastic trim everywhere and you will see that it is mom and daughter.

The Titan has nothing to do with Ford.
In the past the Quest has contained ford intereror and body parts.
The single largest indvidual stock holder in GM has been pushing for a GM/ Nissan-Renualt merger due to the slow turn around GM is making.

No it is not.

The titan VIN begines with 1N
The #1 indicates that it was built in the united states
the N indicates that it is a Nissan product.
