A Brummie accent can be funny for 2 minutes after that I want to run. I like the accent of people from the highlands of Scotland.

I was born in Birmingham, but have lived in the U.S. for most of my like and I know alot of Brummies and I am not sure if they are the funniest accents but they are hard to understand.

Brummie is definitely the funniest.

I'd regale you with the story of an ex flat mate from Great Barr trying to register at a doctor's surgery in Sunderland, but it doesn't work written on the page. Making me smile just to think of it though!

His favourite phrase though was "Yow coomin down poob? - Bostin!"

staggering. a salesperson knocked on the door of a house in a sparkling housing progression and a lady responded the door. He began, "Ma'am, i'm promoting the latest innovation in vacuums, it really is the staggering little gadget I genuinely have seen in a lengthy time period," and with that, he proceeded to unload on her new carpet a blend of ketchup, salsa, dirt, grape juice, etc. as she watched, horrified. He stated, "If this vacuum would not freshen up that mess, i am going to eat it!" She stated, "do you want a fork?! we've not were given the ability on yet!"

The result from a poll the other day stated that the good folks of Brum did have the loudest mouths. Don't shoot the messenger I'm telling the truth.
