To keep it simple use the ground turkey just like you would ground beef and either make turkey burgers or a Turkey meatloaf with the same kind of of seasonings you would use for regular hamburgers or meatloaf.. Hard boil some potato's and chill them and slice up an onion or two and fry the cold potato and onion slices in some extra virgin olive or butter and add salt and black pepper to taste. It's a great tasty combination ! Had this all the time when I was a kid.

Make a meat loaf with mashed potatoes and a veggie. Ground turkey can be used just like hamburger. I personally like to make ghoulosh.(Not sure how to spell that one) Anyway......
Brown ground turkey with 1 chopped onion, garlic salt, and pepper.
Add 1 can of stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce and a touch of sugar.
Boil up some elbow macaroni or what ever ya got in the cupboard.
Add cooked macaroni to your ground turkey and simmer for about 10 min.
You can also add a can of corn if ya like corn.
Good-Luck and Enjoy.

Make meatballs w/ your ground turkey. Add some ginger and soy sauce for an Asian flavor, serve w/ Sweet & Sour Sauce.
Nuke your potaotes in the mincrowave. 4 large baking potatoes are done in about 12-14 minutes, so adjust accordingly.

Dilled Potato Soup With Ground Turkey
Recipe #443253 ratings
Ground turkey can be used just like ground beef. I substitute it in many recipes because it drastically reduces the fat content. Many are scared they will not like it as well as ground beef, but many times it is cheaper to buy and provides just as much flavor in your recipes. This is a hearty soup and a meal in itself. To me, that is the only way to eat soup!

Ground Turkey Chili
Recipe #8149410 ratings
A healthier alternative to regular chili. This chili is economical and freezes well. I threw it together with things I already had in my kitchen after ground turkey went on sale at the store.
