Yeh. My mum suddenly decides to up and go to Spokane for a week and a half , and I need to lose wieght so that she can buy me clothes. I need to lose at least 32 lbs, so that I'm 180 lbs. I'd rather lose more, but I know its unhealthy, I don't really care. how do I lose that much wieght (or more) in 2 weeks without going to the E.R.? I'm 14 by the way. If that helps. But I really really want to get skinny (er) and toned in 2 weeks. I realize that there is only so much I can lose/do in that amount of time but losing anything at all is better than none. My goal is to be 2 pant sizes smaller. ( size 18 to size 14.) anyways, yeh.

losing 32 lbs in two weeks is almost impossible. You need to diet and exercise in a healthy way. Don't be in so much of a rush.

Wow, well even 32 lbs in a week is really unhealthy, there really isn't any way you would be able to keep that off in the long run. There is a diet called the Cabbage Soup Diet and it is a diet used in heart hospitals to help patients who need to lose some weight before operation, etc. I have been on it a few times and you can lose anywhere from 7-15 lbs on it. I know that the Cabbage part doesn't sound good, but you can add spices and stuff to it and my dad makes some pretty good soup. The directions do say that if you lose i think more than 12 lbs, then you should wait 1-2 weeks to start up again, but if you really really need to lose that much i would go on the diet for the 2 weeks and that way the more soup you eat, the more you lose, so you could possibly lose 30 lbs in 2 weeks and then if you work out aswell...possibly more. But like i said, it really isn't healthy to do that and you will probably end up gaining it all back, because i definitely gained my 15 lbs back in about 2 weeks...so yeah.

First step is to do something, anything physical for 30-45 minutes a day... go for a walk, if you can go for a brisk walk or a slow jog or mix all of it together but definitely do something physical each day but not too demanding if you are not used to it. You will know when you are ready to jog or run. 2nd off - watch what you eat and when you eat... stay away from fat; eat veggies and for protein turn to tuna fish out of the can, skinless chicken, and drink lots of water... for your desired weight of 148 pounds consume about nine 8 ounce glasses per day. Half should be consumed between waking and lunch and the other half between lunch and bed time. Drink a glass about 1/2 hour before you exercise and make sure you drink some after your exercise. Water will supress food cravings so if you get the urge to "snack" drink a glass of water and then see if you still have the urge. If you are serious about losing weight then be serious about water, it will help you. 32 pounds in 2 weeks is unhealthy and even if you could do this without changing your eating and exercise habits it won't stay gone forever. But following some simple guide lines and weight will eventually fall off over time, you will have more energy, and the weight is less likely to return. Good luck.

Not possible sweety. Instead try to eat smaller portions, avoid sweets and carbs and start an exercise program. If you do this the weight will come of slowly. Just losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks will be very difficult. Remember that the first couple of pounds are easy the rest are much more difficult. By the way not eating at all will screw up your metabolism and you will most likely end up in the ER.

Forget about to loose 32 lbs in 2 weeks. That is very unhealthy and dangerous ,too.
You lose it,but you will gain back fast.
You are young so start changing your lifestyle by eating healthy,omitthe Fast Food and Soft drinks and exercise regularly.You Parents may can help you to check in to a support group in your area.
You longer you will keep that weight you will risk early heart disease and Diabetes.
So forget the Diets, they don't work and only destroying your Metabolism

You are not going to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time but if you only have a lot of water and fruit you might lose 5 to 10 lbs.

This can tale off as much as possible. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Exercise 30 min in the morning, 30 min in the evening (Cardio workouts) everyday. Drink lots of water. Walk up steps instead of riding the elevator. Eat only salads and fruits.

honestly you wont be able to lose 32lbs in 2 weeks in a healthy way. Now if you are serious about losing and can spendmoney or your mom will help you. I have a program that really works. it healthy and everything and as long as you do everything right you can lose 2-5lbs a week. now send me a note if you are really serious about becoming healthier.
