Are you flippin insane? An exacto knife! that should turn out real pretty! try going and letting a pro do it. Im sure a nipple infection looks nasty. Hope shes got a steady hand.

Get it done from people that know what they are doing. Professionals are a lot better and they will not mess things up. I would not advise anyone to do something like that in the home. If you must do it. Put 911 on speed dial so when they mess it up you can get some help. Good luck!

a blade is WAY to big to pierce a nipple and will probably cut it in half. a safety pin is made of a horribly cheap metal which after a bit will start to oxidize in your body and lead to a SEVER infection which can and most likely will lead to an ER visit. go to a piercing studio, please

I think pierced nipples are soooo hot!!But only get it done by a professional! If you don't it can wind up seriously infected.

Take care of what you are going to do you could end in the ER.
The safest way is go to a place that is specialist doing that.
Remember you safety come first. It does not matter what your friends say.

have a pro do it . I have had each of my nipples peirced twice and its very painful and can bleed alot.not to mention infection risks. i dont wear them anymore and now have holes through my nipples no one can tell but I can would rather not have the scared holes but oh well.
