i am trying to install the software cd i got with my sony ericsson K 800i?

Question

i already have sony ericsson software installed from my last phone but it doesnt work with the k800i.. but when i try to install the new software it wont do it i get as far as selecting a language and nothing else happens! can anybody help please?

for the latest version.

but yeah make sure you fully uninstall the older version first!

I had a sony ericsson p900 which I bought a few years ago because it seemed ideal to download my calendar appointments from Outlook to the phone and raise an alarm. I installed the phone software without a problem but it kept hanging my computer so I eventually uninstalled it and had no more bother with my computer. When my phone was up for contract I changed to Nokia and it connects to the computer and I have had no bother with it.

I actually have a diverse telephone and it may artwork in basic terms a similar. I even have the T-cellular Sidekick Slide even though it rather is going to artwork a similar way via fact they the two do no longer incorporate utility. in basic terms plug on your telephone, open up my pc and there could be a brand newcontinual on there. click on thatcontinual and it could have a music folder. in basic terms drag the music from the folder the place you downloaded the music into to the music folder. desire that helped.

try un-installing the old ericsson software first then retry install with the new CD. it maybe that the old software is preventing you from installing.

make sure the old one is removed... make sure disc clean.. goto sonyericsson.com... you can download it there if it still won't work....
