You preheat them for just one minute in a microwave oven
They stay hot (still hot after) for 30 minutes
You can handle them with your bare hands by the rim which remains cool.
Have a delay action to avoid overheating the food, the plate reaches maximum temperature 5 to 8 minutes AFTER taking it out ofthe microwave oven.

Not I. Why add more time to regular cooking time to heat up a plate? No thanks.

Nope, not interested. Wouldn't want a hot plate on my table. Not everyone would always remember to grab the plate by the rims and not the bottom. How would you avoid overheating the food? If you're sitting at the table and it starts to burn would you have to get up and get another plate? Sounds like a big pain.

I don't know but I do know I would not be interested. More utensils I don't need...cupboards are already full of them. No the oven and microwave are good enough for heating plates.

If they were extremely affordable I would consider it for when I want to have company over and cook something nice and want the food to stay hot until it's served. However, most of the time I wouldn't use it because I make easy meals or don't cook at all. Poor hubby, huh!?!

I would rather have hot food on a room temperature plate. Count my household out.

I genuinely have 5 people in my relations and which may be impressive! Do you've any theory how not user-friendly it truly is to get the youngsters all fed then sit down and eat a warm meal your self? i might want to apply all of it the time!!
