WHY ARE YOU UNHAPPY??,you do not say, think about all the people who have greater reasons to be sad but still manage a smile. Think positive, I bet there is something you can find to be happy about.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being "happy" is the result of something not the goal. The best way to be happy is to 1) Find out what is really important to you. 2) What do you want to be remembered for? 3) Discover who you are and how you should react the way you want to in many diverse situations. When you mess up, don't despair, review it, discover why it didn't work out and try again. 4) Have a support network to share your successes (should include both Family and friends)... Be who you want to be. You will make a lousy somebody but you will make a GREAT you. Remember the only way to be happy is to be you...everything else is temporary.

Spend a whole day imagining that you have a fatal condition an only a week to live.............How would you feel, what would you do with the time you have left, sensibly of course, look at those around you, who would you miss, who would miss you.......bet you it will not be long before you start to actually appreciate what you have to be happy with!
Then consider this, there are probably quite a few people who this is not a game!

Try having less expectations. Give your best to whatever you try doing or plan doing it without any attachment to results. Leave the results to God. Keep trying for the best but with detachment.
Try helping others in someway, if you can and if you have time .
Bring Yoga and breathing exercises to your lifestyle.
All put together would lead you to inner peace and happiness.

Start each day with a smile when you look in the mirror. Smiling is infectious, and it brings happiness where nothing else has changed. This would be a good start.

Do good things for others, laugh when things go wrong, look for solutions to problems instead of blaming, and plan ahead. I recommend The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.

what makes you happy?
if you dont know (as your down) go for some light exercise like a brisk walk or somthing as it relises happy hormones in your brain...
then think you your self what makes me happy....? is it di ck and dom in the bungallow on saturday mornings? or is it the the voice of your best mate if its dic k and dom go watch it or if it s ur besty go call them if its somthing else.... just do it

have fun and remember the grass it always greenerxx

Make the very best of your talents and abilities and spend a good amount of time giving to others. However much you give will come back to you tenfold, and you will b very happy!!

Go to the drag races with a buddy,or your lover spend next weekend doing something out of the ordinary.
