if you are abosolutly sure that he is messing around i suggest you confront him. ask him why. if he starts saying really mean things about you don't take him seriously. just end the relationship and find someone better. most guys who cheat on one gf will cheat on many gfs. you may not be the first gf he has cheated on. but remember this. no matter what his reason or what he says, he's a jerk and you are beautiful and deserve someone better.
and if it turns out that he's not cheating on you than at least you will know and feel better.

Kick his a ss then get rid of him before he gives you aids. What will you do when he gets someone pregnant? The baby will forever be a constnt reminder. Maybe he feels he's too young to be tied down?

confront him about it. what u think is not always how things really are. why do u thing his is unfaithful? did u hear it from someone? is that someone that u can really trust? have u actually seen him messing around with other girls? think about it rationally and then talk to him about it.

well...if you think he is, chances are you're probably right...but what makes you think he is? remember, if something is telling you he is, he probably is, and if you go digging deep enough for proof, you'll find it...the questions is, do you really want to find it or do you want to continue wearing the rose-colored glasses?
as to what I would do if he actually was messing around? leave him...plain and simple. no drama, no allowing him to beg for forgiveness or trying to explain his actions...I'd be gone from his life simple as that.

For one, quit having sex w/ him. That's how diseases get spraed. Condom or not, it doesn't matter.
