Flip out your ends, it's such a pretty look, & if your shortest layer is about chin length you could curl that layer under instead of out, it looks soo cute (I do mine that way)

a french pleat would look good as you can wear some floaty strands of hair at the sides. pull back your hair at the base of you neck into a ponytail, start twisting it with both hands, as you do so, begin raising your hair upwards. when you reach towards the end of your hair, twist it over at the top and kind of push it into the sausage shape twist you just made. secure with grips along the sausage and hairspray. have worn mine like this and it looks classy, and lasts all day!

Try rocking a flip...it should look nice since you have layers in your hair.
